Edmontosaurus was one of the dinosaurs in the Jurassic World theme park. According to the park website, it existed in the Gallimimus Valley. It is a herbivore. Its diet consists of ferns, conifers, and other vegetation.

The Edmontosaurus clones oddly didn't have the fleshy comb on their heads like one of the original species, Edmontosaurus regalis, had. It could be because the species are based on the species Edmontosaurus annectens, which is not known to have a comb. These clones had a tan body with dark brown stripes, a white tail covered in brown stripes, a lime green head with red crests above their eyes and yellow beak.

4 Edmonotosaurus were successfully cloned by Ingen. They weren't planned for Jurassic Park. In 1994, they were freed into the wilderness of Isla Sorna.

Presence in the lost world

If you look closely at the Tyrannosaur nest in The Lost World: Jurassic Park, you can spot a hadrosaur skull. Some fans have suggested it is Edmontosaurus due to the elongated skull. If true, this raises an interesting possibility-an Edmontosaurus population existing on Isla Sorna that would have had to be cloned long before Jurassic World, or even the failure of Jurassic Park.

Transported to Isla Nublar (2004)

In 2004, Ingen transported all the surviving dinosaurs to Isla Nublar. It's unknown if Edmonotosaurus was one of them.

Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom

Edmonotosaurus was confirmed to be extinct by the DPG.
